Wailea Maui is one of the premier Hawaiian playgrounds. Our condos are located in the first of the Wailea developments called Ekahi (which stands for "one" in the Hawaiian language). We have two ocean view studios available for rent. 16-B Ekahi is the lower unit, and 16-D Ekahi is the upper unit. The property is a two-story building with a total of five units located in the center of the development. Our property offers views, peace and quietness away from any major roads and noisy pools, and easy access to everything. Both units have ocean views, and have identical floor plans as shown below.
This is the Wailea Ekahi Main Pool in the morning. The main pool sits directly on the beach in the Ekahi development. There are three other pools spread throughout the development for your comfort and ease of access.
This is the view of the main Ekahi pool from the middle of the Ekahi greenbelt. The pool is less than 50 yards away.
This is the view from the upstairs unit 16-D. The main pool and beach are down the grassy open area and to the left. About a three minute walk. Unit 16-B is directly below this upstairs unit and has direct access to the grassy area from the patio.
This is a view of the two studio units. The upstairs unit, 16-D, has a patio with a table and chairs on it. The downstairs unit, 16-B, has a patio with a table and chairs as well. 16-B provides access to the lawn area in front of the buildings.
This is the floor plan for both units. Each unit is approximately six hundred square feet furnished with: a queen size bed, couch, dresser, chairs, coffee table, counter with chairs, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, pots and pans, plates and glasses, utensils, blender, toaster, washer and dryer, tub with shower, towels, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a television. The Ekahi development has four swimming pools with the largest being beachfront (as seen in picture above) with a large pavilion that has bathrooms with showers, a barbeque, and refrigerators. There are also paddle tennis courts and shuffle boards located within the development. The Ekahi development is easy walking distance to The Marriott Resort, The Grand Wailea Resort & Spa, The Four Seasons Resort, and The Fairmont Kea Lani Resort. There is a beach path that links all the hotels with the Ekahi development. Within Wailea there are numerous restaurants, The Wailea Shopping Village, the Wailea Golf Club with three championship golf courses, and the Wailea Tennis Club with multiple tennis courts and a restaurant. Close by is the Maui Prince Resort at Makena with two more championship golf courses. On the other side of Wailea is the town on Kihei which has many grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, beaches, parks, and retail.
RENTAL TERMS and RATES
A minimum stay of four nights is required.
All reservations require a fifty percent (50%) deposit to confirm.
Full payment is required sixty (60) days prior to your date of stay.
Our allowable occupancy maximum is two (2) people per unit.
A two hundred dollar ($200) refundable security deposit is required.
We only accept personal or bank issued checks at this time.
Rental rates shown below do not include tax.
The State rental tax rate aded to all rentals is 12.42%.
Our units are non-smoking units.
Housekeeping and set up charge is $150 for all stays.
Additional housekeeping is available for an additional charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Fifty percent (50%) of your reservation deposit is refunded if you cancel at least sixty (60) days prior to your stay (we recommend trip insurance if this is a concern).
